COVID-19 Safety Precautions
For your protection and for the safety of others, please be assured we are implementing COVID-19 safety precautions at all Fall Alumni Weekend events:
- If you are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, we ask that you refrain from attending indoor Fall Alumni Weekend events this year.
- We will adhere to the College’s prevailing COVID-19 policies at all campus events, including attendee limits for indoor events, mask wearing, social distancing, temperature checks, and plentiful hand-sanitizer stations. Additional adjustments and precautions will be taken at all events offering food and beverages. Guests who refuse to comply with the College’s policies will be escorted from the event by security.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: This year, all guests for the Alumni Awards Gala at the Marriott on Saturday, November 20, must be age 21 or older and provide a valid, government-issued, photo identification upon entry, along with proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (paper vaccination card, a printed photocopy of the card, or a photo of the card on a handheld mobile device). The vaccination card must show 14 days have passed since the final dose of vaccine. Please see the complete list of precautions for the Gala here.
